On the basis of our business cooperation (i.e. by placing an order on the website https://termalymalebielice.sk/ or by online booking) or by a personal meeting, you give your consent to AQUALAND Malé Bielice, s.r.o., with registered office at Kúpeľná 103-105, Partizanske 958 04, ID No.: 44414340 (hereinafter referred to as “AQUALAND Malé Bielice”), to process your personal data to the following extent:

This personal data protection policy describes how the company AQUALAND Malé Bielice, which provides hotel services under the brand name Termály Malé Bielice, collects, uses, consults or otherwise processes your personal data.

The company AQUALAND Malé Bielice operates in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), as well as in accordance with current national legislation on the protection of personal data. When using the Internet, we undertake to protect your personal data by Act No. 18/2018 Coll., on the protection of personal data and on amendments and additions to certain acts or any legislation that would replace this Act in the future, and the GDPR.

By using this website or using any of our services and agreeing to this policy, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described in this policy.

1. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The company AQUALAND Malé Bielice processes your personal data that it has collected in the context of the implementation of the supplier-customer relationship between you – as the buyer – and the company AQUALAND Malé Bielice – as the supplier. This includes, in particular, the personal data described below in points a) – g) These data will be used for the purposes defined in point 2 of this policy.

a) Contact details for the purpose of requesting a quotation or booking: (title, name, surname, address, telephone number, email address), based on Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR;

b) contact data for marketing and online advertising purposes: name, surname, e-mail address according to point a) paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the EU GDPR (consent of guests);

c) personal data for booking purposes (ID card, passport details, place and date of birth, nationality) on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR;

d) bank card data for transaction and reservation purposes, for the settlement of service reimbursements, for the fulfilment of billing obligations (type, number, expiry date, cardholder’s name; CVC/CVV) on the basis of point (c)(1) of Article 6 of the EU GDPR;

e) arrival and departure dates based on point (b) of Section 1 of Article 6 of the GDPR;

f) visa number and registration certificate (for non-EU or non-EEA citizens) for booking purposes based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;

g) technical and location data that you generate as a result of the use of our website (start and end time of website use, IP address and other recorded browsing data (cookies) of the website user) and applications on the basis of point a) Section 1 Article 6 GDPR (consent of guests).

2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

a) marketing purposes of AQUALAND Malé Bielice, i.e. in particular by sending information about
events, services and other activities in the form of newsletters or via e-mail communication;

b) transactions at https://termalymalebielice.sk/;

c) making restaurant and lobby bar reservations, as well as other online reservations/orders;

d) to protect our legitimate interests, i.e. in particular for the purposes of assessing, exercising and enforcing our legal claims, protecting the rights, property or safety of us, our clients or others;

e) performance of the contract with the customer;
f) compliance with legal obligations.

3. WHO WILL PROCESS THE PERSONAL DATA AND HOW

On the basis of this consent, the company AQUALAND Malé Bielice, as the Administrator, will process your personal data in the above defined scope and for the above purposes in manual written and electronic form using automated systems through their own employees or personal data processors,
i.e. entities authorized by AQUALAND Malé Bielice, s.r.o. and carry out individual processing activities in accordance with the relevant legislation and personal data protection through the conclusion of contracts on personal data processing.

We may share your personal data with external hotel service providers, such as concierge services, spa treatments or food delivery services. We rely on third parties to provide services and products on our behalf and may share your personal information with them as necessary. All of our service providers are contractually obligated to protect your personal data and may not otherwise use or share your personal data except as required by law or as set forth in a contract.

Your personal data will also be shared with government and/or law enforcement authorities where necessary for the above purposes, where required by law, or where necessary for the legal protection of the legitimate interests of the Administrator in accordance with applicable law.

4. FOR HOW LONG THE CONSENT IS GRANTED

Consent to the processing of personal data under specified conditions lasts for the entire duration of the supplier-customer relationship between you and the company AQUALAND Malé Bielice as follows:

a) for orders from the online shop: for the period of validity, at the latest 15 months from the date of issue;

b) for restaurant/bar and other bookings: from the day the booking is entered into the system until the day the booking is terminated;

c) newsletters: for an indefinite period until the customer unsubscribes from the mailing list (each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link).

5. VOLUNTARINESS OF GRANTING CONSENT, WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Giving consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary and is not a condition for further performance by AQUALAND Malé Bielice within the supplier-customer relationship. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending a revocation to the e-mail address …………………………..

6. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT

Your personal data has been provided voluntarily to the extent defined above. You, as the data subject, have rights under the relevant legislation. As the subject providing consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to:

a) request access to your personal data and information about its provision and processing (e.g. scope, purpose, duration of processing), including the right to receive a copy of the processed data from AQUALAND Malé Bielice;

b) withdraw written consent at any time (see section 5 of this policy for more information);

c) ask AQUALAND Malé Bielice in writing to delete your personal data (in particular if you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and the data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed); you have the right to “be forgotten” if your personal data have been published on the Internet (i.e. deletion of all links to your personal data, copies or replications thereof);

d) obtain your personal data that AQUALAND Malé Bielice processes on the basis of this consent in a
common structured and machine-readable format and transfer it to another Administrator;

e) object if your data is processed for direct marketing purposes; if you raise such an objection,
AQUALAND Malé Bielice will stop processing your personal data;

f) if you learn or believe that AQUALAND Malé Bielice processes your personal data in violation of the protection of private and personal life, the law or the GDPR, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, you may, upon written request:

i) object to the processing;
(ii) ask AQUALAND Malé Bielice for clarification;
(iii) request AQUALAND Malé Bielice to remedy this situation, i.e. in particular to request the
blocking, correction, completion or deletion of personal data;
(iv) lodge a complaint with one of the competent supervisory authorities, in particular in your country of residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement. 7. SENDING COMMERCIAL MESSAGES

You also consent to the sending of commercial messages by electronic means pursuant to Section 62 of the Act. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended, i.e. consent to sending commercial messages by all electronic means to your electronic address, which AQUALAND Malé Bielice has obtained within your supplier-subscriber relationship or in another legitimate way.
