-Children aged 0–5 accompanied by one paying adult are admitted free of charge (not valid for groups).
-A surcharge of EUR 1 per person applies for every commenced 30 minutes after the 4-hour admission period has been exceeded.
-Last admission is at 7:00 p.m. The premises close at 8:00 p.m.
-The purchased admission duration cannot be changed or refunded.
-Admission includes access to the outdoor area only (3 outdoor pools). Wellness access can be purchased separately at the wellness reception.
-The water slides are open only during the summer season and in suitable weather conditions.

– Before claiming any discounts, you must present a valid health insurance card/disability card/Relax card.
– After exceeding 4 hours, an extra fee of 1.5 EUR/person is charged for each additional 30 minutes started.
– The last entry is sold at 7:00 p.m.
– The saunas are open daily from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
– Sauna access is included in the admission price from 1:00 PM onward.
– For wellness admission purchased before 1:00 PM, a €4 surcharge applies for
sauna access.
– A non-refundable fee of €3 is charged for towel rental.
– The pools are intended for relaxation, not for swimming.
– Children under 3 years of age are not allowed in any of the pools.
– Waterslides and slides are open only during the summer season and in good weather.
– Persons with heart or vascular conditions may only use the pools when accompanied by another person.
– Smoking and consumption of food are strictly prohibited in the wellness area.
– Persons with dermatological conditions are not allowed to enter.
